In the course of creating an account and completing your intake submission, we collect:

• Your name and email address, provided when you sign in.
• Your country of origin, destination countries of interest, field of study, and the other profile details you submit to us.
• If you purchase a full report, confirmation of your payment. Your card details are handled directly by our payment processor and never pass through, or rest on, our own systems.

• To research and match you against funded programmes, and to assess visa likelihood for the destinations you've named.
• To prepare your free summary and, where purchased, your full report.
• To correspond with you about your submission or your purchase.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third party, under any circumstance.

We engage a small, carefully chosen set of trusted infrastructure and payment providers to operate ACRESS Pathways securely — for authentication, data storage, payment processing, and hosting. Each is given access only to what it strictly needs to perform its function, and none is permitted to use your information for any purpose of its own.

We retain your submission and account information for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to deliver your report and resolve any related correspondence.

You may request a copy of your data, ask that it be corrected, or request that your account and associated data be deleted, by writing to luabilaw@gmail.com.

We use session cookies, set by our authentication provider, solely to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies of any kind.

This policy may be revised as ACRESS Pathways evolves. Any material change will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
