ACRESS Pathways researches and matches you against funded study opportunities, and assesses how likely your chosen destination countries are to grant a visa, based on the information you submit. We provide a free summary, and an optional full report for a one-time fee.

Our reports are a research aid, not professional advice. We are not a law firm, visa agency, or immigration consultancy, and nothing in a report constitutes legal or immigration advice. We do not guarantee admission, funding, or visa approval for any programme or country named in your report — those decisions rest entirely with the relevant institutions and government authorities.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit, and for keeping your account credentials secure.

The full report is a one-time purchase, currently priced at $150 (or its equivalent in your local currency, where shown). Payments are processed securely on our behalf. Please see our Refund Policy before purchasing.

Your report is licensed to you for your own personal application purposes. It, and the research, structure, and writing behind it, remain the property of ACRESS Pathways.

You may not sell, resell, publish, post, or otherwise distribute any part of your report — in whole or in part, in original or modified form — to any other person or platform, without our prior written approval. We treat unauthorized resale or public posting of a report as a serious breach of these terms, and reserve the right to pursue all remedies available to us at law, including injunctive relief and recovery of damages.

You agree not to misuse the service — including submitting false information, or attempting to access another user's report or account.

ACRESS Pathways is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any decision you make on the basis of a report, or for the outcome of any application, funding, or visa process you pursue.

These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the service after an update signals your acceptance of the revised terms.
