Why we do not offer refunds
Every submission to ACRESS Pathways sets in motion real, irrecoverable cost: research queries and data lookups are consumed, paid subscriptions to the services we rely on are drawn down, and — most significantly — genuine human time and judgment are spent assembling your summary and your full report. None of this can be reversed or returned once it has been done on your behalf. For this reason, once a full report has been generated and delivered to your dashboard, we are unable to offer a refund.
The one exception: non-delivery
If your payment was successfully charged but your full report was not unlocked in your dashboard within 24 hours, write to luabilaw@gmail.com with your payment confirmation. We will unlock your report promptly, or, if that is not possible, issue a full refund.
Duplicate charges
If you were charged more than once for the same report, write to us and the duplicate charge will be refunded in full.
How refunds are issued
Where a refund is owed under this policy, it is returned to your original payment method through the processor that handled your transaction. Timing thereafter depends on your bank or card issuer.
